This policy applies to all direct bookings made through the Hotel Rakesh Grand website, phone, or WhatsApp. Bookings made through third-party platforms (such as OTAs or booking engines) are subject to that platform's own cancellation terms.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation charge. Please contact us directly on WhatsApp or by phone as soon as possible if your plans change — we review these on a case-by-case basis and will always try to work with you.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
