Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern bookings and stays at Hotel Rakesh Grand, Sri Sai's Hill View, Plot No. 108 & 109, Prashanth Hills Colony Road, Chitrapuri Colony, Hyderabad. By booking a room, you agree to these terms.

Check-In / Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability, and may involve an additional charge.

Identification

All guests are required to present a valid, original government-issued photo ID at check-in, in line with Indian hotel regulations. Bookings are made on behalf of the primary guest, who must be at least 18 years old.

Payments

Room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment may be made online at the time of booking or at the property, depending on the booking method.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

House Rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in case of disruptive or unlawful behaviour.

Liability

Hotel Rakesh Grand is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law. Guests are advised to use in-room safes or hotel storage facilities where available.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction over any disputes.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
